As lockdown restrictions continue to ease up nationwide, in collaboration with Southend Borough Council, Everyone Health is hosting a summer health and wellbeing event.

The festival is to raise awareness of local health and wellbeing services. We hope the event will be a fun way to educate local people on the importance of moving more, eating well, keeping safe and being social.

Zones on the day include, Feel Good, Eat Well Zone, Feel Good, Be Social Zone. Feel Good, Move More Zone. and Feel Good, Be Safe Zone.
