These flyers and booklets from different types of functions and memorials highlight one of the most common misconceptions around Faith and Belief related objects in museum collections. Many times, people believe that only very old or valuable objects get collected by museums. Instead, the aim of a modern local museum is that of documenting all local communities to make sure each one of them is represented and remembered in the future. This means that a simple object, a flyer, a photograph or a domestic familiar item can be as important as a bejewelled golden object.
