Alongside this, Dr Salma Patel has created a list of 12 practical things you can do as senior white leaders/managers in the next week to create a culture in your organisation that supports Black/BAME colleagues and implements racial equity and justice (and this will benefit other disadvantaged groups and everyone else too).
