MSE Health and Care Partnership
The Mid and South Essex Health and Care Partnership (HCP) is a partnership of the all the NHS organisations and councils that are responsible for your health and wellbeing and the three Healthwatch organisations for mid and south Essex.
Our Partnership is one of 42 HCPs in England and includes the boroughs and districts of Basildon, Braintree, Brentwood, Castle Point, City of Chelmsford, Maldon, Rochford, Southend-on-sea and Thurrock.
