The Salvation Army Hadleigh Farm Estate

The Salvation Army Hadleigh Farm Estate incorporates Hadleigh Tea Rooms, Hadleigh Training Centre, Rare Breeds Centre, the Hub Café and Sensory Rooms, a working farm managed by Strutt and Parker and a Mission team that delivers faith-based activities. The Salvation Army also has a sports-based partnership with Essex County Council at The Hub in Hadleigh Park, the venue for the London 2012 Olympic Mountain Biking Event.

Hadleigh Training Centre has been providing training opportunities since 1990 for adults with additional support needs. There are currently approximately 160 trainees who attend the training centre, following personalised pathways to meet a range of outcomes.

All training is designed to maximise progression opportunities, whether this be in particular vocational skills, or transferable life skills such as motivation, self-esteem and confidence.
