The aim is to provide advice and guidance for parents, carers and educators in order that they can assist young people in making appropriate decisions about love, sex, setting boundaries, friendships, abstinence, contraceptives and dating. In addition, helping parents and carers who find it difficult starting the sex talk conversation with young people in their care. These are some of the points covered in my book “It’s Okay to Wait.”.
